REP on the Web!
For anyone that wants to try out our monte-carlo Reserves Evaluation Program (REP) but doesn’t have sufficient admin privileges on their Windows PC or is running on a mac/linux computer or an iPad/tablet, we have a web-browser-based installation that can be accessed immediately without the need to install any extra software.
This is a fully functional version of the program but the session will time out after one hour. In that time you should be able to enter your basic data and run a few calculations.
Should you wish to try it, go to the REP product page (https://www.logicomep.com/products/rep/) and scroll down to the “Launch my free web-demo now” button, or follow this link:
You will be asked to enter some contact details but when you submit the form, you will see a large “LAUNCH NOW” link and if you click on that, after a short delay, you will be redirected to the web page with the REP program already running.
There are some demo prospect (.PPR) files in the “documents” folder so you can see how quickly REP does its calculations, or you can use the “parameters-all” menu item to step through the standard data entry wizard for a new prospect. You can print the results to a PDF file, which you can transfer directly to your PC/mac/iPad but we strongly recommend that you don’t save any sensitive input data to the server disc as it may be visible to subsequent visitors.
Your comments on the system are always welcome but if you have any problems accessing the site, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
