Possible missing or out of date libraries

If our programs won't start because of "missing MFC80.DLL", or "failed to initialize error 0x00000034 or 0xc0150002", this may be because many PCs aren't being updated with the latest standard Microsoft Libraries - download and run Missing MS Libraries for the solution - but contact support@logicomep.com if you are still seeing the same problem after installing this patch.

Possible memory allocation error

If you get an "Unable to allocate XXXXXXX (bytes) of virtual common memory" error, see this short video for a common solution. How to Solve a Memory Error. Note that the video shows a typical sequence for an XP Dell laptop, other PCs, graphics cards or versions of Windows may need a different sequence of operations.
